An Eye for Talent

When it comes to recruiting, there are a lot of things to take into consideration and remember. You are looking for a certain type of individual and a certain type of personality. You probably have an idea of what you are looking for and what is needed. The key, however, is having someone that knows how to recruit that person. They have an eye for talent and a keen awareness of whether they are the right woman or man for the job. Sometimes it comes with experience and sometimes it is just a gut feeling.
